Spencer Clarke Group are working closely alongside a local authority to provide them with a Repairs & Maintenance Team Leader on a contract basis.
As a successful Repairs & Maintenance Team Leader, your duties will be:
Carry out repair inspections of residential properties.
Experience working on disrepair and under stand the Pre-Action Protocol for Housing Conditions Claims (England)
Experience working on damp and mould cases and understand Awaab's law.
Confident communicating with a legal team.
Project manage repairs work using DLO and contractor to court agreed time lines.
Competent in the use of computers, PDA and related systems will be required.
Complete work to a high standard in a timely manner.
To be considered, you will have the following knowledge/experience:
Significant experience in managing both voids and responsive repairs within an in-house operation.
Experience of planned maintenance and asset management contracts
Management experience in a construction related environment
What's on offer?
Contract Length: 12 months with a view to go permanent
Pay: Starting from £25+ p/h (negotiable depending on your experience).
Working Hours: 36 Hours p/w - Monday - Friday
Own transport required, Mileage will be paid at standard rates
