Site Manager - SUFFOLK
We are seeking a number of experienced Construction Site Managers to join our prestigious tier 1 client working on a high profile and technically complex project in the Suffolk area.

As a Site Manager you will be responsible for driving quality outcomes and achieving the highest standards of safety, health, and environmental controls. You will work collaboratively with the Project Managers to ensure the completion of the project to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring health and safety standards are strictly adhered to
* Undertake all Quality Management in accordance with the project’s quality plan.
* Oversee subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and coordination
* Plan and manage the works to achieve the construction programme key milestones and completion dates with the use of collaborative planning sessions with the supply chain
* Conduct site inspections, resolve issues proactively, and maintain accurate records
* Review and understand all design relevant to the section of works
* Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
To be considered for the role you will have:
* Proven experience in a site management role within the construction industry
* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (essential)
* Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and plans
* A team player with a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Desirable:
* NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management or equivalent
