Our Client in London NW10 area is urgently looking for a Full Time or Part Time Registered Manager for a Domiciliary and Supported Living Projects at Kingston Upon Thames, Surrey, South West London with a minimum of 1 year experience.
Essential: - Experience of managing either a Residential Care Home or Supported living Home /Unit or Respite Care settings for adults with Learning Disabilities / Physical Disabilities, Autism and Challenging Behaviours or in a similar environment.
Duties includes:
• To converse with outside professionals including social services, brokerage team, Service Users/Clients Referral Centres, local authorities, CQC and all other Government Agencies to get new Clients/Business
• Service Users/Clients assessments
• Managerial /Supervisory Skills of staff
• Administration of Medication
• Managing a Budget
• Report Writing, Preparing and Chairing Meetings
• Manage your Top Target list of Clients which you will go after and be able to report on your progress and make changes as necessary.
• Should have the ability to contact & speak to the HR Heads of Organizations and give them an introduction about our company.
• Should convince Clients to give their requirements on a regular basis & maintain a good rapport with the clients.
• Excellent Communication & Convincing ability required
• Plus other duties as required by the company.
