Type: Temporary, expected to work full-time hours

Salary: £20 - £30 per hour
Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 tutoring to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Create individualised learning plans based on students' needs
* Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
* Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
* Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other professionals involved in the student's education
Minimum Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
* Experience working with students with SEN
* Knowledge of SEN support strategies and interventions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Understanding of the UK education system
* Ability to create engaging and effective learning experiences
* Strong organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs
* Experience with specific SEN conditions such as Autism or Dyslexia
Additional Information:
* Work primarily in a learner's home setting
* May require travel to different locations within the East of England
