Working in the office, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service to clients and tenants, supporting the property management operations and carrying out efficient administrative processes. Details: Monday - Thursday // 09:00 - 17:00 | Friday / / 09:00 – 16:00 £13.50 - £14.00 /hr Office Based Working Pattern (Hybrid after first few weeks) Start Date: Asap Temp to Perm (Dependant on performance) Key Responsibilities: Assist with the day-to-day management of residential and commercial properties. Handle tenant inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Maintain accurate records of property transactions and tenant information. Coordinate property maintenance and repairs with contractors. Prepare and distribute lease agreements and other documentation. Assist with rent collection and financial reporting. Support the property management team with various administrative tasks. What we're looking for: Full, clean UK driving licence Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
