Location: Office Runcorn Travel: circa 10% Job Summary: Responsible for increasing Service Contract revenue in the UK by generating new business and retaining renewal Extended Warranty and Preventive Maintenance Service Contracts. Essential Functions: Support European Service Business Development Manager with the following tasks. - Support and grow the company's customer database of opportunities within the UK - Manage customers and maintain opportunities within Salesforce - Call and/or email new and existing service contract customers to promote the service contract business - Utilize consultative sales approach to evaluate and understand prospect's business and needs - Close sales of new and renewal service contracts - Perform outbound emails and calls, and inbound lead generation and follow-up - Manage creation and presentation of quotations for opportunities as they are identified - Negotiate contract pricing and develop the Service Contract agreement between ZOLL and Customer - Investigate and work with appropriate department to resolve issues that impact service contracts timely and accurate entry of all pertinent prospect data into the CRM database - Provide management with monthly activity reports achieve and exceed new and renewal revenue goals Skills Requirements: - Minimum 3 years within a technical service/ sales or service contract environment, preferably in the healthcare industry - Experience in client relationship management, preferably in the healthcare industry - Ability to work independently, with little supervision - Energetic, creative, goal-oriented team player - Improves results by generating, encouraging, and supporting new ideas - Heightened sense of personal responsibility including punctuality, attendance and commitment - Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both oral and written - Organizational, Customer interface and negotiation skills - ERP systems experience, preferably Oracle - CRM experience, preferably Salesforce
