The role We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to assist with the key processes and services related to our OpX SaaS platform. Here’s what you’ll be doing: Customer Support and Troubleshooting Client Onboarding Administrative Support Collaboration and Training This role will be a great fit if you have: • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. • Enthusiasm for technology and a willingness to learn. • A proactive problem-solver who enjoys helping people. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain tech concepts simply. • IT proficiency, especially in MS Office, and experience using cloud-based applications. A basic understanding of project management or willingness to learn. Familiarity with CRM systems or SaaS platforms, even if from self-study or projects. The location: The role is based from our Cardiff Office on a hybrid basis. Our perks: This role pays a base salary of £25,000 plus Profit Share dependent on company and individual performance.
