About the role
As a Supply Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting schools across Stoke-on-Trent by delivering engaging lessons and maintaining high standards of teaching and learning in the absence of regular staff.
Responsibilities include:
Delivering pre-prepared lessons in line with the school’s curriculum, ensuring continuity for students.
Managing classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive and productive learning environment.
Adapting to various school settings, building rapport with students and staff.
Following school policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health and safety standards.
Providing feedback to the regular teacher on lesson outcomes and student progress.
Engaging with students of varying abilities and backgrounds to inspire their learning and development.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Supply Teacher- Various Subjects you will:
Experience teaching in UK schools across multiple subjects is advantageous.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt quickly.
An enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
QTS certification or equivalent is required.
