What you will be doing
1. Lead multiple technical change projects from idea to implementation delivering to agreed scope, cost, quality and timescales, effectively managing conflicting deadlines and priorities with multiple stakeholders
2. Define and implement the detailed delivery approach for each stage of the project life cycle and obtain acceptance and buy in to the approach from all team members
3. Work collaboratively with sponsor and other leadership team members to define robust project cost benefit analyses
4. Produce all project management deliverables
5. Ensure project costs are managed appropriately
6. Monitor, manage and report project status and progress appropriately to stakeholders
What we want from you
7. Experience of leading projects – in particular projects of a technical nature
8. A technical background, with the ability to understand technical concepts and bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders
9. Experience of working with third party suppliers
10. Extensive experience of stakeholder management and engaging with senior executives
11. Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to negotiate, productively challenge established ways of thinking and influence at all levels
12. Financial awareness and budgeting skills
13. Ability to engage and motivate people in support of project objectives
