Location: Gillingham (Office-based)
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and manage new compliance systems and processes across the organisation.
* Oversee and maintain facilities management, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
* Manage the procurement and distribution of equipment and supplies.
* Conduct office inspections to uphold operational standards.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date document control and compliance records.
* Supervise the Storeman’s daily activities to ensure efficient stock and equipment management.
* Conduct COSHH assessments and ensure adherence to health and safety protocols.
* Provide high-level administrative support to facilitate business operations.
Candidate Requirements:
* Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within compliance, facilities, or operations.
* Strong organisational and document management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
* Ability to implement and oversee processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
* Willingness to undertake NEBOSH training as required
