WHAT YOU WILL DO
The key responsibilities for this role will include but are not limited to:
* Develop and manage CRM data structures, including membership types, pricing, and integrations with platforms like booking systems.
* Ensure data health and GDPR compliance for both member and public data, managing imports and opt-out requests.
* Oversee membership processing, subscriptions, invoicing and troubleshooting payment issues in collaboration with the finance team
* Assist in building and maintaining digital membership assets, including forms, portals, and digital cards, working closely with developers.
* Plan, build, and manage member communication journeys, including newsletters, triggered emails, and pre-arrival communications
* Monitor and report on email performance (open rates, click rates, etc.) to optimise communication strategies
* Collaborate with the operations and communications teams to ensure smooth member experiences and seamless integration across platforms
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
* A minimum of 3 years experience within CRM or systems management.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and very data minded.
* Experience building emails and ideally some experience using HTML if possible.
* Experience within hotel, hospitality or luxury brands is preferred but not essential.
* You have impeccable attention to detail.
* Your written and spoken English is excellent.
* Incredibly organised and dedicated to do what it takes to deliver successful results.
* You are happy to be part of a small but efficient team- where everyone mucks in on administrative tasks.
* You have the ability to deliver exceptional results within a fast-paced environment.
* You are comfortable taking initiative and thinking outside of the box.
