Role Overview:
The firm is seeking a talented and motivated solicitor to join their dynamic Dispute Resolution and Litigation team. In this role, you will work on a broad range of disputes including: Boundary & Neighbour Disputes, Commercial Property Disputes, Consumer and Contract Disputes, Contentious Wills, Probate and Trust Disputes, Debt Collection Defamation & Slander, Director, Partner & Shareholder Disputes, Insurance Disputes, Intellectual Property, Landlord & Tenant Disputes/Property Possession Claims, Professional Negligence and Settlement Agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a varied caseload of dispute resolution and litigation matters.
* Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
* Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative solutions for complex cases.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal developments and precedents.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Qualified solicitor with 2-5 years PQE in dispute resolution and litigation.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proven track record of managing cases effectively and achieving positive outcomes.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
