An opportunity has arisen for an experienced paraplanner to join a well-established, award winning financial planning firm in the centre of Birmingham. This role is ideal for a qualified/ near to CII-qualified paraplanner who thrives on complex calculations and detailed meeting preparation.\n\nThe Role:\nAs a key part of the financial planning team, you will support advisers in delivering high-quality advice to clients. Your responsibilities will include conducting research, preparing suitability reports, and ensuring all documentation meets regulatory standards.
You will also play a critical role in preparing for client meetings, ensuring that advisers have all necessary insights and reports to provide the best possible service.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support financial planning recommendations\n\n * Prepare reports and documentation in line with compliance requirements\n\n * Assist with cash flow modelling and complex calculations\n\n * Work closely with advisers to prepare for client meetings\n\n * Keep up to date with industry changes and evolving regulations\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Progress towards CII qualifications (Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent)\n\n * Strong experience in paraplanning, particularly with complex calculations\n\n * Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret financial data\n\n * Proactive approach and ability to work independently\n\n * Strong communication and organisational skills\n\nWhat’s on Offer:\n\n * Hybrid working model, offering flexibility between home and office\n\n * Opportunities for further professional development and career progression\n\n * A collaborative and supportive working environment\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity to take your paraplanning career to the next level in a dynamic and professional firm.
