Service Administrator Job Role
1. You will be responsible primarily for the service department administration
2. Raising and closing job cards
3. Liaising with technicians in regard to work in progress
4. Costing and invoicing
5. Arranging courtesy vehicles
6. Delivering first-class customer services

Service Administrator Requirements
1. Current/previous main dealer service administration/advisor experience
2. Strong communication skills over the phone and face to face
3. Excellent administration skills
4. Must be engaging with colleagues and customers and a genuine team player
5. Must be organised and very IT literate
