Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Exeter
Duration: 3 months to transition to Permanent
Hours: Mon - Thurs 8.30am-4.45pm, Fri 8.30am - 3.45pm (36.5 hours)
Salary: £12 per hour
The Role :
Our client is seeking a confident Customer Service Administrator to join their team based in Exeter. The ideal candidate will be helping to provide excellent service and support the Customer Service Executives by providing an efficient response to incoming enquiries, processing documents accurately and actioning tasks in a timely manner.
Key Duties :
Liaise closely with and provide support for the Customer Service Executives.
Process all documentation correctly an maintain files and records according to procedures.
Ability to pick up and use multiple systems for various tasks quickly.
Obtain appointments from customer base.
Forward queries and keep managers, supervisors, colleagues informed as necessary.
Maintaining accurate records.
Complete all VIP call according to schedule.
Action all messages received from customers in a timely manner.
Carry out tasks to comply with Company Policy and Health & Safety.
Maintain confidentiality of Company and customer business.
