Undertakes the day-to-day work of the Pharmacy, which will include releasing orders, receiving & checking off stock. Works alongside procurement lead to chase missing orders, to-follows, owing items and monitor stock shortages. Ensures that paperwork is completed accurately and on time, communicates issues as appropriate, and attends meetings as required Offers suggestions to improve the way we work utilising best practices. Being made accountable for certain aspects of the role at the request of the line Manager. Maintains excellent working relationships and good communications with patients and Trust employees. Contributes to the teamwork ethic so enabling the best possible service and care to patients Ensures confidentiality of commercial and clinical information, which may relate to customers, staff, Company policies, prices, business information; and takes account of requirements of the General Data Protection Regulations, and Freedom of Information legislation Manages their own personal training and development Any other relevant duties and training requirements at the request of the line Manager.
