In this role, you will lead the design, development, and commissioning of cutting-edge software engineering projects. You will mentor and coach team members, guiding them to success. Skills and experience we're looking for: Proficiency in technologies such as C# .NET, HTML, CSS, Blazor, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, Git Source Control, and API interaction. Skills in Docker, K8S, Redis would also be beneficial. Strong communication skills, being able to describe technical problems at different levels. Previous experience in a similar role is essential. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage your workload effectively. Ability to listen to and understand user feedback, providing pragmatic solutions and communicating technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
