Job summary We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Team Administrator to support our Patient Involvement Team. In this vital role, you'll help ensure the smooth running of projects and activities that strengthen patient engagement. You'll be responsible for coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, maintaining efficient administrative systems, and supporting the planning and delivery of events. As a key point of contact for the team, you'll play an essential role in facilitating clear communication and collaborationboth internally and with external partners. Main duties of the job You will maintain effective communication and relationships with patient participants and staff across the Trust through face-to-face, telephone, written, and electronic interactions. The role involves organising meetings, arranging venues and catering, managing correspondence, and prioritising workload with limited supervision. Key responsibilities include adhering to Trust policies, managing resources economically, and remaining updated on practices through training. You will oversee administrative systems to support the team, ensure security of resources, process invoices, and handle bookings for external venues. Duties also include preparing reports, taking meeting minutes, scheduling and coordinating events, and maintaining efficient databases and records. The role requires organizational skills to address incoming inquiries, monitor work progress, and manage diaries. Additionally, supporting the team with leadership by demonstrating duties to new staff and contributing to development plans is essential.
