Position: Ward Administrator
* Band: 3
* Hours: 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday
* Contract Duration: Until March 2025 initially
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to Ward Managers, assisting with complaints and clinical incidents.
* Manage mail distribution and ensure timely processing of outgoing correspondence.
* Complete payroll and absence documentation efficiently.
* Collaborate on staff rota and manage requests for bank and agency staff.
* Develop effective communication systems to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
* Educational Requirements:
* 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C, including English Language, and 1 year similar experience
* OR 2 years of relevant clerical/administrative experience.
