Lead alongside your band 7 peers in the delivery and development of the Physiotherapy services in line with evidence-based practice, standards and guidelines. Lead on the implementation of occupational therapy services in line with national best practice standards and guidelines. Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and training to more junior staff therapy assistants/support workers, students, health and educational professionals. Work closely with parents/carers and multi-disciplinary teams to develop and deliver personalised therapy programs, centred around the child and familys personalised goals.
