This is an exciting opportunity for a L&D Adviser to join our People Plus department and become an intrinsic member of our Learning & Development team.

There’s a real opportunity to help identify learning needs across the organisation’s 900 employees, and design tailored training plans which encompass a variety of formats and methods appropriate for our diverse range of people and deliver learning interventions to ensure colleagues have the skills they need to succeed.
Along with this, in partnership with the Senior L & D Business Partner you will have a high level of autonomy in the management of our LMS, not just to create content, but also to manipulate back-office data from the system to report and analyse key information to both feed into learning dashboards and enable informed decisions on future learning and development projects and solutions.
We are looking for a passionate individual that wants to own the responsibility for the design and delivery of a range of creative, blended learning and development solutions, with a particular emphasis on digital media, data manipulation and innovative pathways to learning, as well as the opportunity to facilitate experiential learning face to face.
What will my working week look like?
This is a part time position required for four days, with flexibility over those days as to how they can work for you too. This role also provides a fantastic mix of home working and face to face training delivery at a range of locations.
You will be homebased, living within the Northwest, within a reasonable travelling distance of our Head Office in Warrington, enabling you to attend meetings and deliver training courses. You’ll be required to visit our Head Office fairly often.
What will I be responsible for doing?
First and foremost, you will be designing and delivering a range of learning and development, via a range of methods so we are looking for someone who can provide creative solutions that utilise digital media, such as podcasts, video creation and social media and therefore has experience of authoring tools.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a wide a range of stakeholders to enable you to identify the learning requirements within their teams and develop suitable training profiles and matrices. You will also work closely and collaboratively with the Senior L&D Business Partner to deliver key projects within Learning and Development such as maximising the Apprenticeship Levy, professionalisation of housing staff, the creation of an innovative suite of customer service training and the development of career development pathways.
One of the great things about this role is that you will have significant autonomy to work closely with the business and formulate creative solutions in response to their requirements.
You will be creating and analysing training reports and statistical data to report back to the business, creating robust evaluation tools to gauge the effectiveness of learning.

* Experience of online and digital media course content, creation, and evaluation
* Proven experience in training design and delivery
* Experience of informing training needs analysis
* High level proficiency with MS Office Suite
