As one of our Digital Merchandising Managers, you will be responsible for the effective management, coordination, and implementation of our merchandising strategy on halfords.com and our National Tyres & Autocre sites. Your main focus will be ensuring the right implementation of optimized range and customer journeys to achieve our commercial and customer targets. Your success will be measured by driving sales, improving NPS (Net Promoter Score), and executing merchandising strategies with excellence.
What will I be doing?
* Implementing our Tyres strategy, ensuring optimized range and customer journeys to achieve commercial and customer targets.
* Working closely with various teams, including Digital & Customer, Marketing, and Trading, fostering seamless teamwork and maximizing the impact of merchandising efforts.
* Focusing on the customer journey and user experience to drive conversion for new ranges.
* Contributing to our ongoing growth and success, innovate in your role, and collaborate with a team that pursues excellence.
What we are looking for:
* Experience in Digital Merchandising at the managerial level
* Experience in defining and delivering initiatives to improve conversion
* Deep understanding and experience of customer journeys
* Strong business acumen and a good level of commercial awareness
* Very good stakeholder management and communication skills
* Able to influence teams and senior management alike
* Good analytical skills, awareness of key technologies and tools used for Data analysis
* Good at building business relationships internally and externally with partners and suppliers
Here at Halfords, we operate a hybrid working policy with 3 days per week on-site at our support centre in Redditch Worcestershire.
