If you’re dedicated, proactive, and ready to make a difference, we want to hear from you What You’ll Do In this varied role, you'll play a key part in supporting classroom activities, leading lessons, and working closely with both students and teachers to ensure every child’s educational needs are met. You’ll have the opportunity to lead small group sessions, provide focused support, and help enhance the learning environment. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include Lead learning activities : Take the lead in delivering lessons to small groups or whole classes, ensuring high engagement and effective learning outcomes. Tailored support : Offer one-on-one or small group support for students requiring extra assistance, including those with additional needs. Collaborative planning : Work closely with teachers to develop lesson plans, prepare learning materials, and assess students’ progress. Classroom management : Contribute to maintaining a positive and productive learning environment that fosters student participation and growth. Progress tracking : Support in monitoring and recording students’ progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents to support their development. About You You will bring expertise and enthusiasm to the role. You will have a HLTA qualification or equivalent, but what matters most is your passion for supporting children and fostering an environment of achievement. You should be self-motivated and confident in taking on a leadership role in the classroom. You must have strong communication skills, both with students and colleagues. Experience in a teaching assistant role, particularly with KS1 or KS2, will be an advantage. A flexible and solution-focused approach to supporting a diverse group of learners is key.
