The AMER Regional Manager is responsible for driving our DTC (Direct to Consumer) Retail Store growth in AMER. To start this growth journey, the role is leading multiple owned & operated Retail Stores across AMER in guiding operations and performance. Through authentic connection, you will be the one to provide strategic direction, support building brand awareness and drive business growth and profitability in alignment with Ons mission to ignite the human spirit through movement. Through your strong inspirational leadership and guidance, you foster a high-performance culture and promote employee engagement while developing a strong pipeline of talent to fuel our growth.
Your Mission
1. Work with the Learning & Development and Customer Service teams to ingrain hospitality approach, professional product knowledge and passion for the brand in each and every in-store interaction with new and loyal customers.
2. Oversee regional store operations in North America, including responsibility for overall store performance, team attraction, development and retention as well as customer satisfaction.
3. Closely work with Area leads and store leadership of every store to ensure highest level of operational excellence in day-to-day business.
4. Bring the operational lens into cross-functional project work with key stakeholders from central and regional teams, in particular for Merchandise, Tech, Talent and Finance related topics.
5. Key contributor to the development and execution of the companys retail expansion strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of expansion plans.
6. Pursue highest level of customer experience in store and fulfillment of overall DTC Retail mission & concept while ensuring knowledge and best practice sharing across store teams.
7. Develop and own responsibility for the business & people strategies for your region, looking 3-5 years out.
8. Manage the regional budget, forecasting revenue, expenses, and profitability by analyzing financial reports and identifying trends.
Your story
1. 7+ years experience in a similar leadership role, with at least 4 years experience in multi-retail store management.
2. You have experience managing the regional budget, forecasting revenue, expenses, and profitability.
3. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
4. Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
5. Flexibility to travel within the region as needed.
