Schedule Hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday; standard 37.5 hrs/week (Possible OT)
Project: The candidate will work on multiple projects where they will be having hands on PAM, CyberArk, implementing entraID in MFA. Initially they will be working on the process of upgrading MFA with Microsoft Entra and identity.
Candidate Value Proposition: The successful candidate will have the opportunity to write business documents and conduct interviews with experts to ascertain questions and reasons for doing the business. In the implementation stage, MS Access is good to have.
Typical Day in Role:
The Business System Analyst contributes to the overall success of Global Identity and Access Management (GIAM) by ensuring specific analytics and reporting goals, plans, and overall initiatives are executed/delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted follow governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
1. Performing business requirement documents, documenting processes, procedures, workflows, and use cases, data analytics with metrics, and preparing communications.
2. Conduct discovery and analysis of data, access processes, and procedures to deliver recommendations.
3. Assist the OCM with communication and training, preparing and leading training sessions to the system user community including administrators.
4. Collaborate with systems experts (architects, developers, QA testers, Stakeholders, OCM) to document the change processes for system support, migrations, conversions, upgrades, and procedures to operationalize the system.
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1. 8+ years BA experience in preparing business requirement documents, conducting discovery and analysis of data, access processes, and procedures to deliver recommendations.
2. 3-5 years hands-on experience with the Microsoft suite of applications (e.g., Visio, PowerPoint, Excel), PowerBI, PowerShell an asset, scripting, pivot tables, MS Access.
3. Experience working on different types of projects (from large complex to simple).
4. Recent understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM), Multifactor Authentication (MFA), Microsoft Entra, and Cloud technologies.
5. Build and maintain reporting dashboards to facilitate regular monitoring by the GIAM management team.
