The Opportunity As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Kyra, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth. You’ll be the first point of contact for brands aiming to make a real impact, setting the stage for meaningful partnerships. What you’ll be Doing: Lead Generation with Purpose : You’ll proactively seek out and engage with potential brand partners, using cold calls, emails, social media, and networking. Qualify Strategic Opportunities : You’ll focus on identifying brands that are a perfect match for Kyra’s AI-powered creator solutions. By asking insightful questions and really understanding their challenges, you’ll set the stage for tailored solutions that drive results. Champion Kyra’s Vision : As the initial point of contact, you’ll embody Kyra’s mission. You’ll educate prospects on how we’re transforming influencer marketing with innovative technology and creative excellence, helping them see the bigger picture of what’s possible. Cultivate Lasting Relationships : Your role is more than moving deals along. You’ll focus on building trust and creating value, laying the foundation for strong, long-term partnerships that will continue to thrive. Fuel the Growth Engine : After qualifying leads, you’ll ensure a seamless handoff to the sales team, providing them with the insights they need to close deals and deliver success for the brand. Skills & Experience Required: 2-3 years of experience in Business Development or Lead Generation, with a proven track record of successfully generating and qualifying high-quality leads. You’ve done this before and know how to consistently deliver results. Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or similar platforms. You’re comfortable managing your pipeline and tracking key metrics. Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and Keynote: You know your way around data and presentations, making it easy to analyze and present findings. Influencer Marketing Knowledge: Experience working in an influencer marketing agency or platform is a big plus and will help you hit the ground running.
