Our client is looking for an individual to join the screw piling installation team. The business is growing rapidly so we require someone who is comfortable with a challenge, can think on their feet and work well in a team.
FULL TRAINING will be provided although background in landscaping, fencing or piling would be beneficial.
Our projects are nationwide, so travel and regular overnight stays are required (overnight payment and meal daily meal allowance will be provided), also, weekend working when required (generous overtime payments will be provided).

Supervisor - Screw Piling Installations:
Supervising all aspects of screw piling installations, including:
· Setting up and managing construction sites to ensure smooth operations and compliance with project specifications.
· Communicate and co-ordinate between client on site and RADIX office team.
· Support your team to ensure projects are completed on time ensuring that all work is carried out efficiently and to the highest standards of quality.
· Upholding health and safety standards to create a secure working environment.
· Maintain equipment, plant and machinery to ensure efficient site operation.
· Manage stoke control
· Perform site assessments to determine optimal screw placement
· Use hand tools and power tools to complete installations
· Create, organise, and manage Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS). Ensure that all necessary documentation/photographs are prepared and stored in relevant folders.
· Proactively problem solve and assist our customers with on-site enquiries
Essential Requirements:
· Supervisory experience
· Experience at using machinery
· Professional attitude when dealing with clients
· Able to work as part of a team as well as individually
· Excellent attention to detail
· Be solution oriented and able to troubleshoot tasks
· Excellent time management
· Able to learn new skills and adapt to company methods and processes
· Full UK Driving License and own transport to Hatfield Peverel
· Be able to travel nationwide with overnight stays
· Weekend working
Desirables:
· Experience in landscaping, piling and/or fencing
· Experience working within the renewables industry
Standard working hours: 40 hours per week Monday-Friday.
Overtime paid after 40 hours per week completed.
