The role of the Stores Supervisor will be to manage the onsite team through the day-to-day running of the stores, delivering a high level of customer service within our client's site to support their Manufacturing Services Operation and meet our contractual obligations. To build and strengthen customer relationships through continuous improvement, clear communication, and strong accountability.
Key Responsibilities of the Stores Supervisor:
Motivate, supervise, and develop the team, conducting regular reviews.
Oversee and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient store environment.
Lead projects and drive continuous improvements.
Ensure accurate data management and compliance with standards.
Deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Adapt to business needs and support other locations.
Uphold health and safety standards while engaging with suppliers.
Utilise supervisory experience to manage operations and ensure performance targets are met.
Key Skills of the Stores Supervisor:
Proven experience as a Team Leader, driving team performance and fostering collaboration.
Exceptional customer service skills with a client-focused approach.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively manage team and client interactions.
Excellent IT proficiency, with SAP experience desirable but not essential.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
