Salary: £27.5k-28.7k + Additional £3,000-£8,000 per year from sleep in's
Hours: 39 per week
Driving Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence is required.
The Opportunity: We are experiencing continued growth within our EPIC team and are seeking a full-time Senior Support Worker to join our amazing, supportive team in Holbeach. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding care and support, helping young people lead happy and fulfilling lives.
We provide sector-leading training and coaching to help our staff level up and advance their careers. By learning new key skills and gaining a variety of excellent qualifications, you will open up numerous progression opportunities within the social care sector.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Support Worker, you will be part of a caring team that provides a safe and loving home for children and young people. You will be led and supported by a registered manager, working alongside other professionals to deliver therapeutic care and support tailored to each individual child.
In this role, you will:
Lead a Team: Provide high-quality care and support, guiding and mentoring other support workers.
Role Model: Act as a positive role model for both colleagues and children, demonstrating best practices and nurturing a supportive environment.
Daily Care: Meet the everyday living needs of the children, fostering an environment of recovery, growth, and lasting change.
Build Relationships: Develop trusting relationships that make a meaningful impact on the lives of the children and young people you support.
Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring that the care provided meets the highest standards and that each child has the opportunity to thrive.
Requirements:
Caring Nature: We seek individuals who are naturally caring, flexible, and resilient.
Experience: A minimum of 12 months of experience in the care sector is required.
Qualifications: Ideally, you will have a Level 3 qualification in residential childcare, which will be recognized in your hourly pay rate.
Flexibility: You must be able to work flexibly in caring for the children, including shifts and sleep-ins.
Full UK Driving Licence
