My client is looking for customer service professionals to be the first point of contact, providing an excellent customer experience at all times.
You will be responsible for offering proactive solutions for any issues or concerns that the customer might face following a purchase.
Excellent customer service experience is a must for this role, being empathetic and with great listening skills.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday (no weekends)
Time - 09:00 - 17:30
Main Duties:
* Providing excellent customer experiences at all times
* Understanding the customers' requirements and taking appropriate actions to resolve
* Verifying and updating the customers' information on a CRM system
* Proactively offering solutions to issues that the customers might face
* Escalating to the 2nd line case management team where appropriate
* Owning the customer experience and following through
* Working to a high degree of accuracy
Required Skills & Experience:
* Ability and willingness to learn new systems and procedures
* Computer literate, preferably with knowledge of using the internet and email
* Necessary listening and communication skills required to resolve customer queries in a timely manner
* Enthusiastic with a positive attitude
* Strong organisational skills
* Flexible and resilient
