A day in the life of a Sales Negotiator at our haart Branch in Orpington
1. Liaising with prospective vendors and buyers and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
2. Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
3. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
4. Marketing properties to buyers utilizing various marketing skills
5. A focus on generating new and repeat business
6. Canvassing the local area
7. Door knocking and leaflet dropping

1. Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
2. 1 year plus experience in Estate Agency
