Expert Early Years Educator (x 3 permanent roles available)

* St John’s C. of E. Primary School, Abram
Join our dedicated team of Early Years professionals at QUEST (A Church of England Schools Trust). As an Expert Early Years Educator, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality learning and teaching in the Early Years.
The main purpose of the role within the QUEST (A Church of England Schools Trust) is to work under the instruction and direction of senior managers and teaching staff to support the delivery of high-quality learning and teaching in the early years. The role is crucial in providing a safe, caring, and stimulating educational environment for children, both indoors and outdoors, and in supporting the planning and delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
Essential Requirements:
* Relevant early years qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education or equivalent);
* Experience working with children in an early years setting;
* Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and its implementation;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; and
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

* Passion for early years education and a commitment to supporting children's development;
* Creative and innovative approach to teaching and learning; and
* Willingness to participate in continuous professional development.
