RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Sales and Purchase Ledger
2. Bank and Credit card reconciliation
3. Submitting VAT & CIS returns
4. Credit Control
5. Managing supplier payments
6. Working with incomplete records
7. Posting Journals
8. Reconciling control accounts
9. Preparing management accounts
10. Preparing year-end file for our accountants
11. Handle incoming calls and emails from customers and suppliers
12. Manage and oversee all administrative tasks
13. Supporting Company Directors
14. Manage and maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and relevant regulations are kept up to date
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
1. Experience of working in an Office/Bookkeeping role
2. Excellent communication and listening skills
