Type: Full-time, 9am - 5.30pm, Hybrid Working
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Responsibilities:
* Organise office operations and procedures
* Control correspondence and design filing systems
* Assign and monitor clerical functions
* Ensure stationery and office supplies are stocked
* Maintain the office's tidiness and aesthetics
* Assist with Health & Safety responsibilities
* Coordinate with the office manager on various tasks
* Support the online presence and social media updates
* Assist with petty cash and miscellaneous administrations
Minimum Requirements:
* Experience working in an office environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Professional yet friendly demeanour
* Positive, reliable, and a fast learner
* Team player with excellent attention to detail
