Development of a band 6 to 7 progression pathway is a departmental priority and opportunities to experience multiple rotations, including any possibilities as they arise with multi-sector partner organisations within the local Integrated Care System, will support progression of your pharmacy career through post-registration Foundation towards advanced level practice. There will be supported opportunities for personal and professional development including completion of the Newly Qualified Pharmacist Pathway, access to a funded post-graduate clinical certificate in pharmacy practice and future support with gaining an Independent Prescribing qualification. Thispost could be based at either of our two hospital sites namely Eastbourne District General Hospital or Conquest Hospital in Hastings.
