Job Title: KS2 SEN Intervention Tutor Location: East of England, Essex, Tilbury Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour Job Description: Job Duties: Provide tailored support and intervention to Key Stage 2 (KS2) students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Plan and deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions to help students achieve their learning goals Assess students' progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs Collaborate with classroom teachers and SENCO to create personalised learning plans Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents/carers Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification Experience working with children with SEN in a school setting Knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and strategies for supporting SEN students Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring children with SEN Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of different learning styles and ability to adapt teaching methods accordingly Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with school staff and external professionals Working Conditions: Part-Time hours, flexible schedule Work primarily within a learners home environment May involve some travel to different school locations within the East of England All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
