Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Transport Administrator to join our team at Pertemps Bristol Industrial. This part-time role involves coordinating transportation operations and providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate transportation schedules and arrangements for clients and employees.
* Process and manage invoices, payments, and other financial transactions related to transportation services.
* Provide exceptional customer service and communication with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
* Maintain accurate records and reports of transportation activities, including hours worked, routes taken, and any issues encountered.

* Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

Compensation
The hourly rate for this position is £12.50, with overtime paid at time and one-third for hours worked above basic hours Monday to Friday. Overtime is also paid at time and a half on Saturday and double time on Sunday and Bank Holidays.
