We're looking for an individual to join The Children's Society as an Administration Officer to provide administrative support to the Emotional Wellbeing & Mental health teams based in Birmingham. These are Pause, University of Birmingham Pause and Birmingham City University.
To fulfil this role, we're looking for someone who has experience of:
* Previous experience of working in an administrative position in a paid or voluntary capacity.
* Previous experience of communicating with members of the public in a paid or voluntary capacity.
The purpose of this job will be to:
* Provide efficient and well-ordered administrative support to the National Operation Manager (NOM), Service Managers and team colleagues.
* Support service with referrals and inputting on mosaic. Supporting in managing and updating trackers or excel spreadsheets.
* Assist the Operations Support Manager to provide data reports to the NOM and Funders as necessary by helping in the preparation of data methodologies and phasing plans to enable completion of Funder Reports.
* Plan and schedule meetings and appointments including travel and accommodation arrangements.
* Prepare and edit correspondence, reports and presentations.
* Health & Safety monitoring across service offices including testing of fire alarm, monthly legionella check, fire drills, monitoring First Aid kits. Support in Management of Health & Safety protocols and procedures and implementation in offices.
