Cherry Professional are recruiting for a Sales Consultant for a Security and Fire safety company due to continued growth and expansion. You will be joining a strong team with a passion to provide a high level of customer experience, working with their existing client base with a focus on expanding their services across the region.
Key details:
- Maintain and develop long term relationships with new and existing clients as a Security & Fire Sales Consultant
- Identify and visit new customers for new business generation
- Gather market and customer information for insight into market trends
- Maintain and update CRM for reporting processes and to manage pipeline
- Work closely with the team and the sales manager to co-ordinate sales efforts and maintain excellent customer service
- Generate new leads by warm/cold calling, networking utilisation of existing customer base
- Provide effective sales presentations to prospective customers identifying their needs and demonstrating the right product or service required
- Carry out surveys, providing cost proposals
- Revisiting and following up on completed works to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of equipment and regulations
