We are looking for an Administration team member to undertake all receptionist duties and ensure the patient receives the ultimate patient experience during their visit.
You will be responsible for the first impression we make to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality, while also being very perceptive and disciplined.
A customer-oriented approach is essential. The goal is to make patients feel comfortable and valued while attending our clinic. We are a growing and developing business and team.
Responsibilities include:
* Warmly welcome our Patients when they arrive at our practice
* Check our Patients in & out
* Take payments from Patients in-house and over the phone
* Balance daily payments received
* Update Patient records, ensuring these are correct
* Outbound call Patients to remind them of appointment time and date
* Ensure the reception area is tidy at all times
* Take deliveries and log these as per process
* Write operational procedures for reception duties
* Update our social media platforms
* Prepare letters and emails as required
* Any other administrative duties required
We are looking for someone that can work 37.5 hours per week over 4 days, compressed hours: 8.30am to 6.30pm Tuesday to Thursday and 8.30am to 6pm Friday.
