Head of Talent Management (Global)
What you do
The Head of Talent Management leads the Talent Management Team, a Center of Expertise (CoE) within the People & Culture function. In this role you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our global talent strategy. You will lead a specialized team focused on pioneering solutions to enhance leadership development, succession planning, and talent retention worldwide.
Key responsibilities:
* Strategic Direction:
o Lead the Talent Center of Expertise, setting strategic direction for talent management initiatives that align with business objectives and drive competitive advantage.
* Expert Team Leadership:
o Manage and inspire a team of talent management experts, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in delivering tailored HR solutions.
* Global Collaboration:
o Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify talent needs, influence organizational change, and develop a diverse leadership pipeline.
* Data-Driven Strategy:
o Utilize analytics and talent metrics to assess program impact, inform strategic decisions, and refine talent management practices.
* Innovative Program Design:
o Lead the development and implementation of innovative career development programs, including skills-based frameworks.
* Thought Leadership:
o Represent Allianz Partners as a thought leader in talent management, contributing insights and best practices internally and within the Allianz Group.
* Compliance and Governance:
o Ensure all talent management practices comply with global regulations and Allianz's governance standards.
What you bring
* Experience & Education:
o Advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
o 10-15 years in senior talent management or HR leadership roles, with experience in other business areas advantageous.
* Skills and Competencies:
o Strong strategic skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at Board and senior leadership levels.
o Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or French is a plus.
o Strong analytical capabilities, with experience using HR data to drive strategic initiatives.
o Deep understanding of global talent management trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
o Proven ability to lead in a complex, global, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
