We are seeking a highly skilled Multi Trade Specialist to join Niyaa People Ltd in Oxfordshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for undertaking all maintenance and repairs work in social housing properties.
Job Description
As a Multi Trade Specialist, you will be tasked with taking on all aspects of plumbing, as well as general maintenance duties. Your primary objective will be to ensure that all properties are properly maintained and repaired in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Undertaking all maintenance and repairs work in occupied and void properties
* Taking on all aspects of plumbing with other general maintenance duties
* Logging all work done on a PDA device
Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and maintain high-quality standards in your work.
Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
