Were looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Funds Administrator to support both our Fund and Self-Select Platform teams. Based in our Glasgow office, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with precision, and is curious about the world of fund operations and investor services.
What You'll Be Doing
* Acting as the first point of contact for Self-Select Platform investors, handling day-to-day queries and support
* Processing fund-related transactions and collating key documentation
* Assisting with the preparation and collation of audit materials at year-end
* Supporting investor onboarding through eligibility checks and document verification
* Performing fraud and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks for new and existing investors
* Managing investor information requests and maintaining accurate records
* Contributing to our data retention programme and platform operations
What We're Looking For
* Strong administrative experience, ideally in financial services or a regulated environment
* A self-starter with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
* Organised, reliable, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
* Interest in funds, compliance, and investor services
* Confidence using Excel and/or Google Suite
* Familiarity with AML screening and monitoring is a bonus
* Experience in fund operations or investor support is a plus
