Job Summary:
We are seeking a Product Owner within our Digital Audit Team, responsible for managing and coordinating the relationship with stakeholders and the development team, enhancing both the current and future use of our digital products and processes that are integral to the delivery of a digital-first approach to audit. In this position, you will be instrumental in driving the implementation of these products and leading the transition to a digital-first approach. The Product Owner will work closely with others in the Digital Audit Team and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of ongoing digital transformation.
A look into the role
As a Product Owner within the Digital Audit Team, you will:
1. Be instrumental in the transformation to a digital-first approach by working with a variety of stakeholders to ensure our digital offering meets the evolving user needs.
2. Ownership of the end-to-end lifecycle of specific products within our product suite.
3. Gather information to define a product need and define the product vision and convey this to the development team.
4. Provide backlog management including prioritizing feature development for your products.
5. Lead the planning product release plans and set expectations for the delivery of new functionalities.
6. Develop proficiency in the use of digital products and platforms, and engage with the audit practice to enable you to be instrumental to the transition to a digital-first approach.
7. Work with key stakeholders to drive and maximize the adoption of external digital audit products within the practice while establishing appropriate governance on the use of them to ensure quality and risk are effectively managed.
You will also, where appropriate, collaborate with key contacts throughout the GTIL network to share knowledge, skills, and best practices to enable us to enhance our digital offering both locally and globally.

Joining us as an assistant manager/manager, the minimum criteria you’ll need is to be driven and determined to find solutions to audit challenges. It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we’ll help you develop along the way:
1. Proven experience working as a Product Owner, particularly in the implementation of digital solutions within an audit or similar professional services environment.
2. In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles.
3. Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and work with stakeholders at various levels of the organization and externally.
4. A track record of driving digital transformation initiatives and fostering a culture of digital enablement.
5. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
