Senior Account Handler Tewkesbury £30k-40k DOE We’re seeking an experienced Senior Account Handler to join a growing and exciting team in Tewkesbury. If you have a passion for problem-solving, client interaction, and taking ownership, this could be the perfect opportunity for you What You’ll Do: Manage key commercial client relationships and act as their trusted advisor. Build long-term relationships based on trust and expert advice. Structure tailored insurance solutions and handle renewals & mid-term adjustments. Support clients through the claims process and assist with troubleshooting. Mentor junior staff and collaborate closely with insurers to secure the best terms. What We’re Looking For: At least 2 years of commercial insurance experience, within an account handling role. A client-focused mindset with strong negotiation & communication skills. Great attention to detail, organisation, enthusiasm and leadership potential. An enjoyment for collaborating and taking the lead when needed.
