Perform hands-on tasks using Revenera’s software applications to learn how our customers use them so that you can write accurate and thorough training classes. Consult with the various teams to clearly understand the customer’s needs and points of view. Write drafts of training material and present that content for review and approval. Attend product demos of new features to prepare for updating existing training classes and creating new classes. Recreate out-of-date training courses to reflect the current version of Revenera’s software offerings and to implement the latest training templates and branding standards. Experience using video production tools to produce educational videos. Experience building web content on Learning Management System (LMS) websites, preferably Skilljar. Experience in writing content for the software/technology industries. Excellent verbal, writing, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Experience working with APIs (SOAP, REST, and GraphQL) is a plus. Revenera is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
