Job summary We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our team We are looking for someone who will provide high level confidential administrative support to the the Complex Psychological Interventions team. You will be required to provide a comprehensive, confidential, secretarial and administrative service to teams who care for people who experience severe and enduring mental health illness, with complex needs. The work is varied and interesting. Previous NHS experience would be an advantage, as well as the ability to work on your own initiative. We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to project the professional image of the business through demonstrating empathetic customer service care in all activities. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, hard-working team player who can ensure excellent communication and organisational skills, sustain quality in their document production, manage their own workload on a day-to-day basis, and prioritise work to meet deadlines. Working in conjunction with colleagues, service users and internal and external stakeholders. the post holder will directly contribute to the efficient running of the CPI team. Main duties of the job The post holder will work to provide administrative support CPI team. This would include being confident in using a number of office systems including ordering office supplies using the Trust's electronic procurement system. To communicate effectively with a wide range of people including colleagues and members of the public via telephone and/or in person, ensuring at all times that a professional approach is presented. The role would also include the successful candidate to actively support team meetings - co-ordinate, collate and ensure accurate and timely distribution of papers, as needed. To ensure that Minutes are accurate, well written and presented, and effectively distributed in a timely manner. As a highly valued member of the Admin support team you will also work alongside other Team Administrators at Pullman Place as and when required to meet the service demands,( including providing support with recording of leave, sickness absences and bank shifts onto the relevant computer systems as directed by the Team Manager. To support with organisation of induction packs, interviews, time sheets and documentation relating to recruitment paperwork and support with the MDT meeting (minute taking) as directed by Team Manager and or Locality Support Service Manager.
