This pivotal role ensures the efficient operation of the college’s estates and facilities, providing the perfect opportunity for someone with a strong compliance background along with the ability to communicate effectively and engage with a diverse range of stakeholders. You’ll also manage customer-facing services, ensuring a positive, supportive, and accessible experience.
What we're looking for:
1. Previous management or supervisory experience within a facilities setting.
2. Proven experience of managing multiple priorities and changing deadlines.
3. The ability to communicate effectively and engage with the team.
4. Level 2 English or Maths [or equivalent] or willingness to achieve.
5. Effective organisation skills with a systematic approach to problem solving.
6. High attention to detail with a focus on maintaining compliance.
7. Flexibility with working hours to cover shift patterns.
