Why We Need You
Disrupting the home cleaning market throws up a lot of hard problems: real-time scheduling, job-allocation, routing and messaging to coordinate thousands of complex home visits. And all this complexity has to be presented to our cleaners, operations staff and customers with beautiful, intuitive user interfaces.
We are looking for a full-time Product Designer who is comfortable being an individual contributor.
About the role
As a full-time Product Designer at Housekeep, you will work closely with our Product and Tech teams and the wider business to create outstanding experiences for our users.
You'll be the sole designer creating and testing high fidelity designs across our business and customer-facing products, including:
* A marketing website for customers and Housekeepers
* An online account and mobile app for customers
* A mobile app that our Housekeep cleaners use
* A back-office system, used by our operations team
You will have
* 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design
* Experience designing products for responsive web and mobile app
* Proficiency in Figma, with a strong portfolio demonstrating both UX and UI capabilities.
* A solid understanding of product design principles
* Excellent wireframing and prototyping skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects independently, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs
* Strong communication skills to effectively gather requirements, present designs, and incorporate feedback
* A passion for continuous learning and growth
