Job Description Job title: SME Account Handler Salary: £30,000 (DOE) Location: Doncaster PURPOSE OF ROLE We're assisting a well-established insurance firm in recruiting an experienced and knowledgeable Account Handler. In this role you will be responsible for providing insurance solutions to our clients in a timely and effective manner, focusing on servicing SME Commercial clients. RESPONSIBILITIES Client Relationship Management: Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, foster strong client relationships, and assist with the preparation and renewal of insurance policies. Policy Administration: Accurately process new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations, and review policy documentation. Insurer Negotiations: Collaborate with insurers to obtain favourable terms, and negotiate premiums and coverage details. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to FCA regulations and stay up-to-date with market and regulatory changes. Collaboration and Team Support: Partner with Account Executives and team members to provide seamless client support and share expertise within the team.
